Barista Coffee Company Limited: Barista Training Course Terms and Conditions
1. Course Fees:
Participants are required to pay the total course fee as specified in the course details.
Payment can be made through [provided payment mode].
Any additional fees will be communicated to participants in advance.
2. Registration and Confirmation:
Participants must complete the registration form by the specified deadline.
Confirmation of enrolment is subject to meeting eligibility criteria and availability.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
No Refund/ Cancellation request will be entertained once registered.
4. Course Duration and Schedule:
The course duration is Three weeks, as outlined in the course details.
The schedule, including class timings and breaks, will be provided to participants in advance.
The training provider reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule.
5. Attendance Requirements:
Participants must attend 21 days program which is mandatory.
6. Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct, promoting a positive learning environment.
Disruptive behaviour may result in warnings or, in severe cases, termination of enrolment.
7. Intellectual Property:
All course materials, including hand-outs and presentations, are the intellectual property of Barista Coffee Company Ltd.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
8. Certification Criteria:
Participants must meet specified criteria, including assessments or evaluations, to receive a completion certificate.
9. Change of Course Details:
The training provider reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, instructors, or other details.
Participants will be notified of changes through provided contact information.
10. Participant Responsibilities:
Participants are responsible for actively engaging in the course, respecting others, and adhering to safety guidelines.
11. Health and Safety:
Participants must follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe learning environment.
12. Job Placement Assistance:
Job placement assistance is provided as a service to participants but job is not guaranteed.
The extent and nature of support will be communicated to participants.
13. Confidentiality:
Personal information shared during the course is confidential and will be handled in accordance with privacy laws.
14. Termination of Enrollment:
Enrolment may be terminated for reasons outlined in the Code of Conduct or for other justifiable reasons.
15. Grievance Procedure:
Participants may report grievances or complaints through the provided channels.
The training provider will investigate and address grievances in a timely manner.

16. Force Majeure:
Unforeseen events or circumstances Such as any prevention, delay or stoppage due to strikes, lockouts, act of God, enemy or hostile governmental action, civil commotion, fire or other casualty beyond the control of the party (force majeure) may impact the course schedule or delivery.
